For more than two decades, Ioannis Markakis has operated within institutional capital markets, spanning financial analysis, portfolio management, wealth management oversight, cross-border banking representation in Greece, Europe, and Switzerland, board-level governance, and digital market infrastructure development. Across traditional finance and emerging systems, his focus has remained constant: the disciplined design and stewardship of capital through structural clarity, independence of judgment, and long-term orientation.
In addition to his institutional capital market experience, Ioannis Markakis is a founding member of AI Catalyst, an early shareholder in blockchain infrastructure, and has led and participated in projects spanning construction, real asset development, business structuring, and M&A. This breadth reinforces a multidisciplinary approach to capital architecture across sectors and asset classes.

Ioannis Neokosmidis
With over a decade of senior positioning at Euroxx Securities SA, he has held key roles spanning discretionary portfolio management, quantitative analysis, portfolio construction, and investment governance. Currently serving as Director of Portfolio Management & Investment Advice, he oversees strategic asset allocation, investment advisory frameworks, and institutional portfolio structuring across advisory and discretionary mandates.
He has been a member of multiple Investment Committees. His expertise extends to credit risk modelling and regulatory capital frameworks, including Probability of Default (PD), IRB methodologies, Loss Given Default (LGD), Credit VaR, and Basel II capital calculations.
In parallel with his executive career, he has maintained an academic presence as Professor of Finance at BCA College, teaching Portfolio Management within the MSc Accounting and Finance program, and has served as Adjunct Professor in Finance at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His academic engagement reflects a commitment to rigorous financial theory integrated with institutional practice.

Parallel to the development of corporate technological infrastructures, he specializes in the design of algorithmic trading systems for financial markets.
